We’re Hiring!

The Swannanoa Resilience Coordination Hub (SRCH) is looking for a compassionate, organized, and community centered professional to join our team as a Disaster Case Manager. This role is critical in helping individuals and families in the Swannanoa Valley recover from the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene.

This is a full-time, grant-funded position with competitive hourly pay. Based in Swannanoa, NC with some local travel. If interested, please send your resume and cover letter to tonia@srchnc.org

  • Case management experience preferred.

  • Ability to build trust and communicate with diverse populations.

  • Experience navigating local and federal resources a plus.

  • Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.

  • Able to work collaboratively and independently.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

  • Must have been displaced from work due to Hurricane Helene (requirement of grant funding)
